ID Released For Victim Of Fatal Crash Near Intersection Of Routes 22, 55 A medical issue may have led to a fatal crash near the intersection of routes 22 and 55 that left an area man dead. Paul Pitt, 64, of Ulster Park was killed around 2:15 p.m., Saturday,  June 29, during a two-car fatal crash which occurred on Route 55 near Route 22 in the Town of Pawling, said Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Capt. Danbury Man Found Dead Pinned Under Dodge Ram An investigation is underway after a 58-year-old Fairfield County man was found dead underneath a pickup truck in Dutchess County. New York State Police troopers responded to a 911 dispatch of a man pinned under a vehicle on Route 22 in the town of Pawling on Friday, June 1 just before 8 a.m.  James C. Roberts of Danbury was trapped under a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck. Pawling Fire Department removed the vehicle, but Roberts was pronounced dead at the scene by EMStar Paramedics. There are no signs of criminal or foul play at this time, police said. State Police were also assisted on …
