Sahvone Valentine, of Hartford, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 12, for his involvement in the homicide of Abdul-Jalil Humphrey on Friday, July 14, in New Haven County on Hodge Avenue in Ansonia.  The arrest of Valentine was the result of a multi-agency investigation where a second suspect, Jada Artis, age 17 of Ansonia, was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 3, said Lt. Police In CT Searching For Missing 1-Year-Old, Mother Police in Connecticut are asking for the public's help locating a 1-year-old girl who was allegedly taken by her mother. The infant, Royalty Bass, was last seen in New Haven County in Ansonia on Tuesday, April 26 with her mother Shameka Henri. Officers Rescue Two CT Women From Burning House, Police Say Two Connecticut women were rescued from their burning home as flames surrounded them. The fire took place around 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 15, in New Haven County at a home on Spring Street in Ansonia. According to Lieutenant Patrick Lynch, of the Ansonia Police Department, the department received a call from a resident on Spring Street reporting her house was on fire and she was trapped.  The first two officers on the scene, Sgt.
