Woman Who Overdoses In Stratford Saved By Quick Work Of First Responders Stratford EMS personnel saved the life of an area woman from an overdose with quick work and help from Narcan, a medication used for overdoses. The life-saving action took place Sunday, July 28, when paramedic Mike Battistelli and EMT Michelle Edler along with Operations Supervisor Eileen Brophy responded with Stratford Fire Department first responders to the report of a 48-year-old woman overdosing, Stratford EMS said on their Facebook page.
