Norwalk Woman Spotted Talking On Cell Phone Charged With DUI, Wilton Police Say A 50-year-old woman stopped in the roadway near an intersection allegedly talking on her phone was arrested for DUI.  Miriam Francis Arias, of Norwalk, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 1, after she was spotted stopped in a 2003 tan Toyota Camry in the roadway near the intersection of Danbury Road and Cricket Lane in Wilton, said the Wilton Police Department.
