South Salem Man Charged After Woman Killed In Hit-Run Crash At Shopping Center In Lewisboro A suspect has been apprehended after a woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash at a busy shopping center in Northern Westchester. The crash happened around 8:45 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1 in the town of Lewisboro at the Orchard Square Shopping Center at the intersection of routes 35 and 121 in the hamlet of Cross River. The victim, Randi J. Blattberg, age 65, of Mount Vernon, was transported to Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco with life-threatening injuries, New York State Police said. Woman Struck, Killed By Own Vehicle In Katonah A woman was struck and killed by her own vehicle in Northern Westchester, police said. When police arrived on the scene, they found numerous people attempting to help Diana Devivo, 46, who was unconscious after being hit by her truck on Anderson Road in Katonah on Sunday, June 30 around 3:37 p.m., said the Bedford Police. Devivo was transported by the Katonah-Bedford Hills Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco, where she was pronounced dead, police said. The Kennedys countersued Northern Westchester Hospital, two of its nurses and the husband of one of the nurses. The couple's lawsuit followed Kennedy's acquittal of child endangerment and harassment charges stemming from a Jan. 7, 2012 altercation at the hospital in Mount Kisco. The hospital did not comment.
