A 35-year-old man is behind bars after allegedly stealing checks from Fairfield County mailboxes and changing the amount before cashing them. New York City resident Boris Vivies, age 35, of the Bronx, was arrested on Tuesday, May 7, for the incident in Wilton in September 2022. According to Lt.
