Duo Charged After Police Bust Danbury Drug Deal In Progress Two area men were busted for drugs after receiving complaints from residents about their actions, said the Danbury Police Department. Mean Samrith, 37,  and Savuth Luch, both of Danbury, were arrested Tuesday for a variety of drug-related offenses following the execution of search warrants for Samrith’s residence, car, and person, said Danbury Police Department Det.
