Stamford Restaurant Caught Selling Alcohol Without License Stamford police seized more than 10 cases of beer from a restaurant that was selling alcohol without a permit during an undercover operation. Stamford police had received information regarding liquor being sold at the Rincon Latino at 449 West Main St., without a permit, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin. Agents with the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad investigated the restaurant and found they did not have a liquor license, he said.   To confirm the restaurant was selling alcohol, an undercover officer was sent in to have dinner on Friday and ordered dinner and a beer.  &quo…
