Stop For Traffic Infractions Leads To DUI Charge For Fairfield County Man, Police Say A 23-year-old man was charged after police said he drove in Fairfield County with a BAC more than two times the legal limit. Police Ask Public's Help After Hit-Run Motorist Strikes, Injures 14-Year-Old In Darien A hit-and-run driver struck and injured a 14-year-old boy in Darien and police are asking the public's help in finding the motorist. The teen was riding his bicycle on Old Kings Highway South near the intersection of Locust Hill Road on Thursday, July 11 around 8:50 a.m., according to Darien Police.
