Police In One CT City Respond To 2 Shootings, 1 Homicide Overnight Police in one Connecticut city responded to two shootings and one homicide within hours of each other. The incidents took place in New Haven on Monday, Sept. 4 beginning around 9:30 p.m. and running into early Tuesday, Sept. 5. The first incident took place on Woosley Street, where New Haven officers responded to a report of a shooting, said Capt.
