Man Caught Stealing Lottery Tickets At Gas Station In Greenwich, Police Say An allegedly sticky-fingered suspect was busted by police in Greenwich after he allegedly stole lottery tickets from a local Shell gas station over the weekend. Officers from the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to the gas station on Sunday afternoon, where there was a report of the stolen tickets, police said.  A review of video surveillance in the station led police to identify a suspect, New York resident Shawn Kingsley Oliphant.
