Ridgefield Woman Charged With DUI, Operating Without License At School In Wilton A Fairfield County woman was busted for an alleged DUI at a school after police were alerted to a woman that was intoxicated. Jolene Matthews, age 46, of Ridgefield, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 22 at the Cider Mill School at 240 School Road. According to Lt. Gregg Phillipson, of the Wilton Police, officers responded to the school for a possible woman who was intoxicated and seen getting into a white 2019 Nisan Sentra and driving out of the parking lot. Police: Mom Under Influence Resists Arrest While Picking Up Child At School A Hudson Valley mom was arrested after attempting to pick up her child from a Fairfield County school while drunk.  Wilton Police arrested Jolene Matthews, 41, of Monroe in Orange County, after receiving a call from the Goddard School for a report of an intoxicated parent attempting to pick-up their 4-year-old child, said Lt. Robert Kluk.  According to Kluk, after workers would not release the child to Matthews she left the area driving south on Kristine Lilly Way in a black VW Jetta.
