Ned Lamont's less-than-flattering take on downtown Houston during his visit there for the NCAA Final Four tournament has prompted a war of words between officials in both the Nutmeg State and Texas, according to a report from the Houston Chronicle.  Lamont made the comments on Wednesday, April 5, when he called downtown Houston "butt ugly" in an interview with WPLR Radio in New Haven.
