Shortly before 11:15 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 6, a New Rochelle Police officer on patrol heard gunshots coming from the Heritage Home housing complex, prompting an investigation at the scene. Police said that upon arrival at the housing complex, officers found people fleeing the area, but were unable to locate a shooter or victim at that time.
