The New Canaan Police Department received a noise complaint from the 300 block of Greenley Road shortly after 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 25, where a group of teenagers were having a party. Upon arrival, officers said that there were multiple minors fleeing from the residence, and there was evidence that there had been a party with bottles and cans of alcohol inside the home. Stamford Motorist Tracked Down After Van Crashes Into Trees, New Canaan Police Say A 59-year-old man was located after police say he left the scene of a crash in New Canaan. The incident occurred at around 4:15 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29 in the area of Ponus Ridge Road near Greenley Road. When police arrived, they found an unoccupied van that had crashed into trees. A subsequent investigation occurred and the operator of the van, 59-year-old Scott James Zane of Stamford, was located at Irwin Park. Zane, who was charged with evading responsibility by leaving the scene of the crash, was transported to police headquarters for processing, posted a $250 bond and is scheduled…
