Teen Duo Who Stole SUV May Be Involved In Pair Of Shootings, Danbury Police Say Two Danbury teens have been arrested for allegedly stealing a Honda CRV that may have been involved with two shootings in the area and taking police on a high-speed pursuit. The incidents began in Danbury around 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 23 when officers responded to Mill Ridge Road for two separate shots fired complaints, police said. In both incidents, homes were shot at by one or more occupants of a car driving through the area. As a result, several of the houses were damaged by bullets. CT Man Charged In Murder Of 24-Year-Old Found Shot In Head, Police Say Police have arrested a Connecticut man in connection with the alleged murder of an area man. Waterbury Police arrested New Haven County man Kyshone Jackson, age 45, of Waterbury on Monday, July 12, for the Saturday, July 10 murder of Davante Echols. Echols, 24, of Waterbury, was found shot in the head in the area of 19 Bronson Street, said Waterbury PD Sgt. Robert Davis. Two Nabbed Following Attempted Armed Robbery, Police Pursuit In Fairfield County Two police officers received minor injuries following a vehicle pursuit in which a firearm was displayed. The incident began around 4:48 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 10, when Bridgeport Police were alerted to an attempted robbery on North Washington Avenue where a firearm was displayed, said Scott Appleby, director of Emergency Management. Patrol officers located the vehicle involved and engaged it in pursuit after the driver failed to stop when signaled, Appleby said.
