Danbury Ecuadorian National Admits To Failing To Register As Sex Offender An Ecuadorian national who illegally entered the United States and has been residing in Danbury is facing up to 10 years in prison for failing to register as a sex offender. Fajardo Marin, 40, has pleaded guilty in district court to one count of illegally reentering the country, John Durham, the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced on Tuesday.
