Police were called to the home on Sunnybank Avenue in Stratford for a report of a child drowned in the pool on Tuesday, July 3, said Capt. Frank Eannotti. When officers arrived on scene, they performed CPR until EMS arrived and transported the child to a local hospital, where the child died.
