CT Woman Drove Drunk With Two Children In Car On I-95, Police Say A 35-year-old woman has been charged after police say she drove drunk with two children in the vehicle. New York State Police say they observed a driver commit an infraction on I-95 and initiated a traffic stop on Sunday, Aug. 11 around 1:30 a.m. in Westchester. The driver, identified as Elizabeth Rich, 35, of Madison, Connecticut, was found to be intoxicated and traveling with a 5-year-old and an 8-year-old child after the stop in Mamaroneck, police say.
