West Nile Virus: First Human Case Of Season Confirmed In CT Woman The Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) announced a Connecticut woman has tested positive for the first case of the West Nile virus this year. Covid-19: Lamont Announces Update To CT Safety Protocols In Schools Connecticut has introduced new COVID-19 guidance for schools in an effort to keep children learning in the classroom for as long as possible.
