Man Arrested For Disturbance On School Bus, Police Say A 74-year-old man was arrested for stopping in front of a school bus, getting on board and then arguing with the driver in front of children in Fairfield County. Donald Hutchinson, 74, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 18, when the Shelton Police were called to Indian Wells Road for a man causing a disturbance on a Shelton school bus, said Shelton Police Det. Richard Bango. Once on the scene, officers found that Hutchinson stopped the bus with his personal vehicle by stopping in front of it, Bango said.
