Authorities Seek Info After CT Firefighter's Car Broken Into, Gear Stolen Authorities are investigating after a Connecticut firefighter's car was broken into and her firefighting gear was stolen. The Deep River Fire Department, located in Middlesex County, announced that the car break-in happened during the night of Saturday, April 16. "One of our members had her car broken into last night," the fire department announced on Sunday, April 17.
