Breeze Airways Adding Nonstop Service From CT Airport To This Sunny Destination You’ll soon have more options when it comes to booking that Florida vacation. Breeze Airways is expanding its service from New York and Connecticut to the Sunshine State, the airline announced Wednesday, Aug. 7. Starting this fall, customers can book nonstop flights from both Westchester County Airport and Long Island MacArthur Airport to Sarasota, Florida. The airline is also adding nonstop service from Westchester to Daytona Beach, Florida. CT Little League Administrator Dies At 49: 'Would Drop What He Was Doing To Help' A Massachusetts native who was heavily involved in the Connecticut State Little League organization has died at the age of 49.  Tolland County resident Everett Demers of Coventry died on Friday, Feb. 17 at the age of 49, according to his obituary.  Born in Worcester in 1974, Demers spent much of his childhood in Daytona Beach, Florida before coming back to New England in his late twenties where he worked for Abel Womack as a forklift manager and customer service manager.  After meeting his wife, Julie, in 2011 and marrying her in 2014, he then relocated to Coventry. A former longtime resident of Rye and publishing employee in Fairfield County, Kevin was the son of Mary Jean and Joseph Hogan, who owned Hogan Transportation in Rye.  He was born in Rye and was predeceased by his parents as well as his brother Peter J. Hogan. Kevin graduated from Rye High School and CW Post College on Long Island. Kevin made caring and compassion for other human beings the centerpiece of his life.
