Fairfield County Man Accused Of Violating Restraining Order Released On $25K Bond, Police Say A 44-year-old Fairfield County man was charged after police reported that he violated a restraining order. A victim spoke to an officer at the Darien Police Headquarters to report that James Farrell, of Darien, had violated a restraining order in place, the Darien Police Department announced on Monday, Nov. 29. Police said evidence was provided showing that Farrell violated the order. Police in New Haven County announced that 42-year-old Ewen Dewitt was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 6, for the murder of Julie Minogue in Milford. The incident happened at 76 Salem Walk, police reported. The investigation into Minogue's death began on Tuesday morning. Fairfield County Man Charged With Violating Restraining Order, Police Say Fairfield County Man Charged With Violating Restraining Order, Police Say
Fairfield County Man Charged With Violating Restraining Order, Police Say A Fairfield County man was apprehended and accused of violating a restraining order. Joseph Rizzo, age 56, of Bridgeport, was arrested in Darien at about 12:50 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 9, the Darien Police Department reported.  Police said Rizzo had an active arrest warrant after a victim reported that he pulled a vehicle into the victim's driveway on Monday, Aug. 29, before driving away after a short period. Rizzo was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, according to the report. He was held on a $5,000 surety bond, police said.

Man Accused Of Stalking, Slashing Tires Of Three Former Girlfriends, Fairfield Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested for allegedly stalking and slashing the tires of three women he dated. Thomas Capozziello, 28, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 19, by Fairfield Police and charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, stalking, electronic stalking, and criminal mischief, said Fairfield Police Capt. Robert Kalamaras.
