Truck Driver Charged With Reckless Endangerment After Rollover Crash In Fairfield A truck driver is facing reckless driving and endangerment charges after a rollover crash in Fairfield, police say. Fairfield Police responded to Greenfield Street near Kohl’s on Thursday, Feb. 28 around 4:30 after receiving multiple calls about a garbage truck that had reportedly rolled over. Members of the Fairfield Police Crash Reconstruction Unit arrived on scene and determined that a 2016 Isuzu dump truck was traveling southbound with a full load of garbage.
