Recall Issued For Multivitamin Brand Because Of Improper Packaging A recall has been issued for a popular brand of multivitamins. Nutraceutical Corporation announced the recall for 85,300 units of its Solaray Liposomal Multivitamins because the packaging is not child-resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children. 11-Year-Old Hurt After Fairfield County Woman Drives Through Fence, Hits Swing Set, Police Say An 11-year-old boy was injured when he was hit by a car while swinging at a Fairfield County Boys and Girls Club. The incident took place in Stamford on Sunday, May 1 at the  Boys and Girls Club at 348 Stillwater Ave. The child was on the swings at the time of the crash and was transported to an area hospital with minor, non-life-threatening injuries, said Sgt. Man, 49, With Child In Vehicle Under Influence, Police Say A 49-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence after Stamford Police saw a 2-year-old child in the vehicle without being in a car seat. Rigoberto Contreras, address unknown, was arrested on Saturday after an officer working a special "operating under the influence" detail saw a blue Nissan Quest traveling east on East Main Street with a defective muffler, Stamford Police said.
