19-Year-Old Killed In CT Shooting: Suspect On Loose Authorities are searching for the suspect involved in a shooting that left a 19-year-old man dead in Connecticut.  The shooting happened in New Haven on Sunday, Nov. 19 just before 8:30 p.m. in the area of Downes Street between Columbus Avenue (Route 1) and Congress Avenue, according to New Haven Police. According to the department, officers who arrived at the scene found a 19-year-old man with several gunshot wounds and secured the crime scene. The incident took place in New Haven County around 12 p.m., Wednesday, June 28, when New Haven Police responded to a home on Farren Avenue. According to Capt. The incident took place in New Haven around 7:55 a.m., Saturday, April 1 in the area of Winthrop Avenue and Goffe Terrace. Officers responded to the area after receiving calls of nine gunshots being fired and located two men in a parked Acura MDX mid-block on Winthrop Avenue, said Capt.
