Ex-School Bus Driver From Brewster Admits To Sexually Abusing Child A 23-year-old former school bus driver in Northern Westchester will spend several years behind bars after admitting to having sexual contact with a minor and planning a second sexual encounter with her. Brewster resident Brayan Moscoso Arias pleaded guilty on Tuesday to first-degree sexual abuse following his arrest in May. He faces up to seven years in state prison when he is sentenced on Jan. 29 next year.
