Avison Young Sale Nets New Location For Jewish Family Service In Stamford Sean Cahill, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young's Fairfield/Westchester office, announced agents Christopher Grundy and James Searl completed a sale to find a new home in Stamford for the Elayne and James Schoke Jewish Family Service of Fairfield County. The non-profit organization will relocate to 196 Greyrock Place in Stamford, a 7,500-square-foot office condominium. The purchase price of the condominium was $925,000. Varsity, JV Doubles Teams Will Compete At 11th Annual Autumn Classic In Norwalk Norwalk Grassroots Tennis & Education will host the 11th annual Autumn Classic Tennis Tournament for high-school age doubles teams on Sunday, Sept. 30.  The tournament will be played at Longshore Club Park in Westport and Weston Field Club. Boys and girls teams are invited to register for the tournament, which benefits Norwalk Grassroots Tennis & Education. The Autumn Classic begins at 9 a.m. and includes breakfast, lunch, trophies and gift bags for participants. Players can also compete in the “fastest serve” contest.
