Shake Shack Ready To Throw Open Its Doors In Danbury Burger and shake lovers will be able to chow down while shopping when Shake Shack throws open its doors at the restaurant's brand-new location in Fairfield County. The newest Shake Shack will open at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 15 in Danbury at the Danbury Fair shopping area at 7 Backus Ave. The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday and features indoor and outdoor dining options.
