New Update: Missing 4-Year-Old Bridgeport Girl, Mother Found Safe, Father Under Arrest A 4-year-old Fairfield County girl who was reported missing by her father after not seeing her for more than a year has been found safe. According to Bridgeport Police Capt. Kevin Gilleran, Aliyah Serrano, and her mother, 33-year-old Valery Colon, have been located outside the State of Connecticut.  "Law enforcement officials in their jurisdiction have verified them both to be safe and in good health," Gilleran said. Missing: Silver Alert Issued For 4-Year-Old Bridgeport Girl A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Fairfield County girl who has not been seen by her father for more than a year. The alert was issued in Bridgeport on Monday, Aug. 28 for Aliyah Serrano who was reported missing by her biological father, said Capt. Kevin Gilleran of the Bridgeport Police. Gilleran said it is reported that the biological father was given full custody of Aliyah Serrano in July.
