Teen Charged In Double Fatal Fairfield County Crash
A 19-year-old has been charged in the deaths of two people during a crash in Fairfield County in April. Abdulaziz Yuldoshev, of Hamden, surrendered to the Shelton Police Monday after an arrest warrant in connection with the investigation was issued for his arrest, said Shelton Police Det. Christopher Nugent.
