17-Year-Old Charged After Noose Discovered In Locker Room At CT High School A 17-year-old has been charged in connection to an incident in which a noose was found in a boys' locker room at a high school in Connecticut. The noose was discovered in Tolland County at the RHAM High School located in Hebron on Friday, Nov. 18. The teen was arrested in Trumbull on Thursday, May 12 outside of the Westfield Trumbull Mall. The incident took place around 9:30 p.m. when police located an unoccupied Infinity SUV that was parked at the mall which had been reported stolen to the Darien Police Department on Wednesday, May 11, said Lt. 17-Year-Old CT High School Junior Shot, Killed Police are investigating after a 17-year-old was shot and killed on a Connecticut street. The teenage boy was shot around 9 p.m., Sunday, March 20 in New Haven, on Orchard Place, between Orchard Street and Charles Street. Responding officers located the victim, who had been struck by gunfire, said Officer Scott Shumway, of the New Haven Police Department. American Medical Response transported the victim to Yale New Haven Hospital where he died from his injuries, Shumway said.
