See the Homes Sold In Ridgefield This Week

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. – A four-bedroom Colonial sold for the highest price in Ridgefield this past week. Here are the homes sold as reported by the Ridgefield Town Clerk:

  • Robert and Julie Cantrell sold the house at 220 Encampment Place to Stephen and JoAnn Ward for $1.075 million.
  • Thomas and Belinda Noone sold the house at 7 S. Olmstead Lane to Patrick Goss and Kirsten Shepard for $625,000.
  • Naomi Emmons sold the house at 10 Two Pence Road to Chunsong Qu and Ying Teng for $439,500.
  • Salvatore DePrima sold the house at 52 Ivy Hill Road to Richard and Joan Poundstone for $1.245 million.
  • Cathleen McCleelan sold the house at 68 Standish Drive to John and Suzanne Busby for $625,000.
