The certification is designed for sales associates looking to elevate their skills and knowledge, gaining a competitive edge to build buyer representation in the industry. To receive this certification, real estate professionals are required to successfully complete a comprehensive course on buyer representation, as well as an elective course focusing on this specialty. Additional documentation verifying professional experience is required.
