RIDGEFIELD, Conn. - Ellen A. Flynn of Ridgefield died Sunday, Sept. 1. She was 77.
Flynn was born Jan. 8, 1936, in Long Island, N.Y., daughter of Arthur and Rose (Bereck) Miller. She attended New York. schools and was a homemaker. She was a resident of Ridgefield for the past five years.
Flynn is survived by her daughter, Margaret M. Martin (Michael) of Ridgefield; sister, Laura McKeown of Aberdeen, N.J.; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Thomas Flynn; brother, Arthur Miller; and sisters, Rosemary Weisberg and Jean DeBlock.
There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, Sept. 5 at 1:15 p.m. in St. Mary Church, Ridgefield. Interment will take place in St. Peter Cemetery, Staten Island, N.Y. at the direction of the family.
