Ridgefield Selectmen Seek New Proposals For Schlumberger Site

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Schlumberger site is once again available to buyers interested in developing the 10-acre Ridgefield site, which is zoned for multifamily housing, according to the Ridgefield Press.

The town is offering the site off Sunset Lane for sale after voters rejected a $4 million bid in the spring, the Press said.

Buyers will have about a month to make a bid, First Selectmen Rudy Marconi told the Press.
