Ridgefield Looks To Re-Design Main Street

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. - One of First Selectman Rudy Marconi's long term goals for Ridgefield is to redesign Main Street.

Main Street in Ridgefield is one of the most popular places for residents to go because of the number of shops, restaurants and activities that take place around the area.

Marconi told The Daily Voice that the town has been working with the state to look at, among other things, lane realignment, paving and drainage. 

He said the design phase has already started and there will be a town meeting where the plans will be released and voted on.
