Every Tuesday in April, Wooster Hollow Cafe is donating 50 percent of its profits to Ability Beyond.
"We have hired two talented employees from Ability Beyond programs in our restaurant," Wooster Hollow Cafe said in a Facebook post. Deb Muhlfeld, the restaurant's cleaning manager, is one of them.
"We are lucky to have her as part of our team," the restaurant said.
Ability Beyond, a Bethel-based organization, supports and develops young adults with disabilities in community job training and placement, supported living, and recreational and educational opportunities.
Wooster Hollow Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch daily. It is located at 659 Danbury Road/Route 7 in Ridgefield.
