Artist To Lead Impressionist Painting Workshop At Ridgefield's Weir Farm

RIDGEFIELD/WILTON, Conn. -- Weir Farm National Historic Site in Ridgefield and Wilton will hold a one-day Impressionist painting workshop on Oct. 27 led by a Greenwich artist.

Participants, who must have basic painting skills, will learn about the science of landscape Impressionism with lectures, demonstrations and artist critiques.

The workshop is one in a series of seminars taught by artist Dmitri Wright of Greenwich.

The workshop will take place at Weir Farm, located at 735 Nod Hill Road in Wilton.
