Friday, July 12

Danbury Farmers Market: 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Summer produce and other locally sourced items will be available at Kennedy Park for purchase. Kennedy Park, Danbury.

Out Of Africa Show Opening: 5 to 7 p.m. Rockwell Art Galleries in Ridgefield goes on Safari to Africa with painter Gayle Gleckler and monoprint artist Tony Woolner of North Salem, N.Y. The gallery is hosting a show opening which is open to all. Rockwell Art and Framing of Ridgefield, 470 Main St., Ridgefield.

Saturday, July 13

Summer Movie Night: Starts at dusk. The summer movie night series lasts throughout July. This week they will be "The Bucket List". Candlewood Lake, Danbury.

"Oleanna," A Black Box Production: 8 p.m. The play is about a college profession about to receive tenure and a failing student and the misunderstandings that ensue. The play contains adult situations and is recommended for mature audiences. Ridgefield Theater Barn, 37 Halpin Lane, Ridgefield.

Sunday, July 14

Circus On a String: 2 p.m. Action and music, this string puppet production is delight for the eyes, the performance is made for all ages and is free for everyone. Danbury Music Centre, 256 Main St., Danbury.
