Volunteers Needed For Family Day At Ridgefield's Keeler Tavern Museum

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. – Volunteers are needed for Family Day at the Keeler Tavern Museum in Ridgefield. The event will be held Saturday, June 13, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This year's event, "Celebrity Visits the Cannon Ball House," will include costumed re-enactors, museum tours, period craft demonstrations, games, cake contest, music, barn dancing, farming tool exhibit, pony rides and a petting zoo, face painting, hands-on crafts, food, classic cars and much more.

Volunteer opportunities include:

Set up on Friday, June 12, from 1 to 4 p.m.
Activities on Saturday, June 13, from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. A lunch voucher to the grill will be provided.
Takedown on Saturday, June 13, from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Partial shifts are accepted.
