Presented by Enchantment Theater Company, this stage production will take Harold across the planet and beyond -- on a wild ride to Mars (shooting stars and spaceships), to a circus where Harold walks a tightrope, and to a land where he meets a king in an enchanted garden and encounters, what else but a dragon.

The performances are at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The “Harold” books have captivated families for more than 50 years, celebrating the imagination of children and the unique way they see the world.

Parents are encouraged to have their children read the book then come see the stage version. Kids can get their pictures taken in the lobby with Scooby Doo. This show is partially underwritten by Books on the Common, Ridgefield Academy and South Salem Animal Hospital/Noah's Ark Animal Hospital, with support from Ridgefield Library, and is part of the Pepsi Children's Series with media sponsor 98Q.
