The show is partially underwritten by Miller Motorcars, who will display their super luxury and super sports cars outside the playhouse before the show.

Jewel will perform hits, as well as share stories from her most recent memoir, “Never Broken — Songs Are Only Half the Story,” in which she writes about her childhood and career. This tour is named for her current album, released last fall.

With the new set, Jewel returns to the folky sound that put her on the map two decades ago with her multi-platinum 1995 debut release, “Pieces of You.”

Kicking off the night is JD & The Straight Shot. Singer-songwriter Jim Dolan fronts a four-person group as the band explores a stripped-down version of its sound, which is steeped in the quiet fire of Americana with distinctive elements of the blues and rustic New Orleans-flavored roots music.

Ticket holders can take advantage of two special offers: Visit Little Pub at 59 Ethan Allen Highway, Ridgefield, for dinner the night of the show and enjoy a free glass of house wine or draft beer with an entree when tickets are presented and stop by Nature’s Temptations at 32 Prospect St., Ridgefield, to enjoy a free smoothie with any purchase with ticket.

Tickets are $80. Click here, visit the box office or call 203-438-5795 for tickets.

The Ridgefield Playhouse is at 80 E. Ridge Road.
