Oct. 9 and 30: Forrest Pasternack – Bailey’s Backyard. This downtown restaurant has been a local dining spo since opening in 1999. Last year, Owner Sal Bagliavio and Pasternack revamped the New American menu, taking a new farm-to-table approach.
Oct. 16: Wirt Cook – Redding Roadhouse. With a background that includes cooking alongside Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, Cook has created an American Tavern in this New England destination that speaks to modern day sustainable food culture.
Oct. 23: Scott Ostrander – Mama’s Boy. Low-country cuisine is at the heart of this “Southern Table and Refuge” in SoNo. Mama’s Boy offers land and sea favorites, as well as creative cocktails that even the most discerning Southern belles and good ol’ boys would be proud to serve.
