Donny Osmond Gets Personal In Ridgefield Playhouse Show

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Donny Osmond’s "Soundtrack of My Life Tour" makes its only Connecticut stop with two shows at The Ridgefield Playhouse on Friday, March 11.

The shows are part of the Pepsi Rock Series powered by Xfinity and the Ridgefield Magazine Broadway and Cabaret Series.  Shows are at 5:30 and 8:30 p.m.

Osmond is celebrating 50 years in show business as an acclaimed singer, actor, dancer and talk show host. His 60th album, "The Soundtrack of My Life," features songs that summarize his life. 

Each track tells a story, tracing the high and low points of both his professional and personal life – from becoming a child star to achieving multiple number one songs, selling over 100 million records, and becoming a worldwide heartthrob.

Osmond and his brothers gained fame as teen idols with smash pop hits “Yo-Yo,” “One Bad Apple,” “Down By the Lazy River,” “Puppy Love,” and “Go Away Little Girl.” 

He currently headlines a top show in Las Vegas with his sister Marie.

People can show their tickets at Bernard’s (20 West Lane, Ridgefield) and get a Prix Fixe Menu wthe night of the show. Reservations suggested.
