Since ROAR opened its doors in 2005, it has placed almost 4,500 neglected and unwanted cats and dogs in caring homes throughout Ridgefield and its surrounding towns.
The festival will be from noon - 4 p.m.
Ridgefield Parks and Recreation Center is at 195 Danbury Road, Ridgefield.
