Comedian Ron White Returns To Ridgefield Playhouse

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Comedian Ron White returns to the Ridgefield Playhouse with two shows on Thursday, March 10.

White has two Grammy nominations, a Gold Record and three of the top rated one-hour TV specials in Comedy Central history. His book is a New York Times Bestseller and he has CD and DVD sales of over 10 Million.

Over the past five years he has been one of the top three grossing comedians on tour in the United States.

Opening act is comedian Josh Blue, winner of NBC’s Last Comic Standing. He has appeared twice on Ron White’s Comedy Salute to the Troops on CMT.

People who show their tickets at Ancient Mariner Restaurant will get a free glass of house wine or draft beer with an entrée.

White is a passionate supporter of the US military troops for more than 20 years, donating his time and resources. In 2008, he created an annual charity show Ron White’s Comedy Salute to the Troops. The profit from ticket/DVD sales is donated to the Armed Forces Foundation to assist troops and their families.

Show times are 7 and 10 p.m. Tickets are $65 or $242 for the Ron White “200 Proof” VIP Experience tickets, which include premium seats, Q&A and photo with Ron White, signed item and a DVD.
