Ridgefield Glass, founded in 1974, recently relocated to a 1,600-square-foot location at 159 Danbury Road, according to a press release.
“There are so many beautiful glass applications available that we needed a larger, more complimentary space to display current trends in residential glass applications,” John Petchonka, owner of Ridgefield Glass, said in a press release. “Designers are constantly finding new ways to incorporate glass into almost every type of building product, from countertops, to railing systems to glass enclosures.”
Ridgefield Glass offers a variety of designs, such as ultra frameless glass shower enclosures, painted glass walls, glass countertops and antique mirrors.
The grand opening celebration will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
Local leaders, including First Selectman Rudy Marconi, also plan to have a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 5-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 23.
