Covid-19: CT Positivity Rate Holding Steady The number of COVID-19 cases in Connecticut has held relatively steady in recent weeks, while hotspots continue rising in other parts of the country. In the latest data provided by the state Department of Public Health, there have been 1,216,083 COVID-19 tests administered in Connecticut, resulting in a total of 53,209 positive cases and 4,468 fatalities.
